We offer a concierge service to help you find last minute wedding vendors.  We will spend the time making the phone calls to find you a product or service.  The more time you give us the better of course.  Did someone not show up to your local wedding or event?  Send us a message ASAP and we will get on it.  This is one of the few services that we charge for, but we try to keep it reasonable.  This is available for a non-refundable $49 fee that must be paid before we can begin to help you.  This is our fee for taking the time to contact multiple companies to find someone available and unfortunately, there is no gurantee that we will be able to find someone last minute.  We still collect the fee for doing the work to find someone, whether we find someone or not.  The $49 fee is per service/product per hour (1 hour minimum).  Please use the contact us page here, and submit your payment to us using our online store here, which is normally used for selling advertisements to vendors.  You can select the gift/tips/donation option.

If for any reason we are not able to conduct the search for you (meaning, we collect a fee once we do the work, whether we are successful in finding an available business or not, but we do not collect a fee if we are not available to do the actual search), we will immediately begin the process to refund any fee paid to us.  Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to process.  We suggest that you submit the payment with your request as we will see a notification as soon as the payment goes through and it helps alert us to your urgent request.  The only time we may not be able to help with connecting you with someone in our networks is if we are out of town, on an airplane, or somewhere that this would otherwise be inappropiate like church or a business meeting.

We are not wedding coordinators and will not be able to help you book everything you need for $49 each.  Wedding coordinators are available on our list of local vendors.  This $49 fee is only for an hour of our time reaching out to our contacts for you as a last minute service.
